BIG news!! No April fools joke here!!

First, happy April! I hope life is treating you all well!! 

I am pushing updates out hopefully today/tomorrow. I am trying to get them all done for a single release so you can bulk download and replace. I also am wrapping up the new puppy pads so that should also be out today/tomorrow!

Last month was slow for me as far as releasing new content so I am really sorry about that. With my carpal tunnel and some family issues, it took time away from being able to create. On a positive note, I have also been working on some exciting side projects that I have been waiting to tell you about! Lets get into it!

The Sims Resource

I know having released both here and TSR is confusing for a lot of people and I always felt bad when I posted on TSR instead of here. The reason I continued to post there was for two reasons:

• I felt, and still feel, very loyal to them. I know the site isn't great but the admin (basically one-woman running the site) cares very much about the site and artists and does her best with what she can. They are also the people who helped me grow when I was just starting out.
• Also, I still needed the additional income in order to make ends meet. I am so blown away by the support from each one of you. But I am still at about a 50% paycut from where I was at my engineering job and couldn't make ends meet from Patreon alone.

However, I have been able to work something out with them moving forward that will allow me to focus on creating content for Patreon almost exclusively. I always try to be transparent with you all as much as I can, but in this case I cannot discuss the details. But moving forward all my CC will be released here! WOOOOOOO!

Updates & Downloads

As most of you know, I moved from S4S to Dropbox due to their instability and ethical issues. Dropbox hasn't lived up to the expectations that were promised to me so I have been working on alternatives. I have also in general been struggling to effectively maintain the large amount of files, updates needed, and revision control. I know some feedback I have gotten from you all is that adding the file revision at the end of the package files can be confusing.

I have spent a lot of time trying to reconfigure things that will improve this on all aspects for both me and, more importantly, all of you. I already have written a novel, so to cut to the chase, I ended up contracting two people to help me rebuild this. One is working on the new database and the other is working on redoing the downloads page on my website (including a new exclusive download center for Patrons). This will also eliminate the need for adding the version in the package file which should make it easier for you to replace CC. I will also have a new way to report any errors you find on package files and track my status on the fix.

This is going to take a few weeks to finish so bear with me while I get that rolled out. But in the end, this means a significantly better experience for you all especially with updates and UI, but has also freed me up to get back to what you care about most - making CC!

I love you all. You mean the world to me and have been my rock during a difficult and crazy transition period of my life. Your support has literally kept a roof over my head and food on the table. I can't ever thank you enough! I am so looking forward to getting lots of content out to you this month.
