I haven't tried these curtains out but the same thing would happen to me with the ORJANIC curtains (I forget who they're by). What I did was place the rod higher than it's supposed to then place it back in the middle and it would snap. Idk why it wouldn't snap when I had only placed it where it's supposed to be. 10 months late but hope this helps someone

Thanks so much for doing these. Finally my San Myshuno windows are no longer relegated to the one set of curtains.
