A little something while we're waiting

I've been messing around with AI generated images, that's why this week's update is late, can't get enough of it. Hello my name is Bugmaker, I'm an addict.
It isn't perfect. Hands and feet are a nightmare, perspective and proportions are all out of whack. However, it's great to get the creative juices flowing.
The above image took a couple of hundred iterations and I had to do some manual edits to make it look decent.

I'll see if I can post some more of these images in the future. AI generated images are pretty controversial sure, but until it can make flawless images -- with perfect composition, perspective and humor -- I'm perfectly fine using it as an addition to my toolbox. I'm sure everyone yelled "WITCH!" the first time they saw a person use a paintbrush to create art. :P
2022-10-15 14:59:46 +0000 UTCI have my issues with Ai art, but in a case like this where an artist is emulating their own work, it's fine. I don't think it's in a uncanny valley state here, and I rather like it actually. It is definitely a useful tool, and I wouldnt mind seeing some more given the standard of quality you put out your work with.

2022-10-12 18:19:57 +0000 UTCOh no, I totally agree. Artistic images are way better, I just haven't decided on a good artstyle combo yet. (updated the post with a art version btw.) Besides that, I see this as nothing more than a tool for playing around with ideas. I still prefer making my own art, where I'm totally in control of the outcome. This still feels way too random.
