I think it's probably because you're American that you haven't picked up on how bad a writer Garth is that the dialogue is littered with Americanisations like all the characters say ass instead of Arse and he talks about being in Nam. It's just another layer of brilliance. Also, dude! When the Queen sneezes, you should say bless you.
