I regularly soak in the bath and fell in love with my now ex husband when he sat in the bathroom playing guitar and singing to me while I lay in the bath. You could run a bath for "me" (and 110,000 others!), play music, sing and whisper. That would be wonderful. 🥰

I have couple of suggestions: 1) help to return to sleep when you wake in the night with anxiety and dread. 2) sleepy but short wake up, “good morning beautiful”, “loved cuddling you all night” etc, turning fairly speedily to motivational (otherwise who would be able to get up and leave you?!) “time to get up”, “you’ll be amazing”, “have a wonderful day.”

I do wish that they had more descriptions of you in them.. not necessarily you personally, but the you in the story. Part of the allure is you so I’d enjoy more descriptions of how your body is reacting in the scene.

First I remembered you numbering in the “permission” video. That got me thinking of watching Electric Company before naps as a child. That got me thinking about psychedelic numbers. Then I thought of Prince. Then I thought of Alphabet St—the extended album version—the end of it, where the alphabet is (partially) read in a very excruciatingly anticipatory way. Then I thought, “Tom!” Super slow, soft, warm, breathy, close-up, thoroughly binaural reading of the entire alphabet. Sure, this is geeky and fringe, but I think it could be weirdly amazing.

Or try to do ASMR out of learning something new, like for example knitting :D Or react to a music video or a BL series or something you've never seen before - and try to keep it ASMR and relaxing. (If you decide to watch the Filipino "Boys Lockdown" or Thai "Don't Say No the Series", be warned...you'll get addicted)
