Monthly Raffle?

I'm considering doing something like this every month, but instead of how I handled it earlier, I'm gonna treat it like a raffle. So after you put in your requests, I'll put them in a randomizer, and the first three results will be picked. You cannot win the raffle two months in a row so that will give everyone a fair chance to win.
What do you all think about that? Is this a good idea, or is this just insane rambling? Or do you have any ideas of what to add or do differently with this raffle? Please let me know. 🙏
