June 2022 Update

After all this time away from Patreon, I have no idea what to say. I don’t want to bog this down with apologies and excuses, so I’ll just be frank. I spent a long time figuring out what I wanted to do with my Patreon, too long. But above all else, I knew I need to make some big changes. So without further fluff, let’s jump into what I’m planning to do this month.

New Banner and Icons

First off, I want to rebrand. If you noticed, I’m trying to move away from DB and create an identity of my own. And I hate to say it, but Gremlin Videl is being put to rest. So I want to create a new banner and Tier icons to essentially, break those ties.

New $1 Tier and Updated $5 Tier

Along with the new icons, I want to make some changes to the tiers themselves. The current $3 tier (which should be unpublished now) always felt too high for what they were receiving. Plus I think it’s just unnecessary for me, a primarily NSFW account, to hide access to NSFW content behind a pay wall.

The new $1 and $5 perks include:

Early access to Twitter content. (Not including “on the spot” drawings/sketches)
Access to WIPs and Drafts of Patreon Comics
Participation in Polls

All $1 Tier Perks
Access to completed Patreon Comics
Send requests**

Patreon Comics

Right now, I want my main focus on Patreon to be Comics. My goal is to produce a comic every month (but that may subject to change if it becomes too taxing).

I’m currently writing a new Patreon comic, so expect to see some WIPs soon.

Key Things

As mentioned earlier, DB is not my primary focus anymore. If you’re here only for DB content, I’d recommend you’d unsubscribe. Don't waste your money.
I’m doing away with the Discord join. It was clunky and tacked on. I don’t think I took the right approach with it, so I’m doing away with it all together. Maybe I’ll make an exclusive Patreon server one day, but that isn’t a priority.
