October Character Poll (Multi-Choice Votes)

The voting season has come!

As I mentioned in an earlier post, we have slightly changed our approach in picking the poll options from your suggestions. In the past, all three artists marked the options they liked, we put them on the poll, and the winner was sculpted by the one who selected it. With the planned shift of our release schedule as of October, this approach will no longer work because we need to need time the poll for a specific artist. Unless, of course, we want to hold it two months ahead to cover all artists, but that would just make things for confusing for you (imagine voting for November release in September).

Anyway, the way it works right now is that all options are picked by a single artist who's going to sculpt the winner. As you can imagine, each of our artists has their own style and preferences, so you might expect them leaning towards certain themes. This time, Milana, our primary anime artist, is in charge of the poll. Next month you may expect a different lineup selected by either Elena or Victoria.

I hope this new approach may also give non-anime characters a better chance on certain months by somewhat separating the polls into themes. You may wonder why we wouldn't just clearly announce the theme before gathering suggestions. The answer is simple - we still want to keep track of what our patrons are interested in even if we know some of these suggestions won't end up in the poll; it helps us select an artist's choice every now and then.

Anyway, I've been blabbering enough. It's time to vote!
