I support other 3d modellers who release files through the month and message supporters with direct links. I’ve received no way of accessing the files including the welcome pack. I did message you directly and have still not received a reply. It’s worth noting that the other people I support are cheaper than you. So far this hasn’t been a good start

Hello friends, I see that there are some concerns about the dates and deliveries or downloads of the models, I proceed to clarify them. 1- The delivery dates of the models is the last day of the month, in the best of the possible cases, it is possible that sometimes things happen and it is delayed 1 or 2 days. 2- You have to understand that Patreon is a support site for the artists, so during the month that you support me I create the character, many people confuse this with me selling characters here and it's not like that, it's not possible that you support me on day 1 and on day 1 you expect to download the model, that's what the welome box is for, so you can download models from there while the model of the month is being built and delivered on the dates agreed in point 1. 3- The deliveries are made here by internal patreon message and direct to the model in gumroad but with a 100% coupon so you should not pay anything, because only you have access to the 100% coupon. If you did not support me and wish to purchase such a model, there it is and you pay for it. That's why it's a better deal to support me on Patreon because for 10usd you get a lot of models, while if you wait for each model to go on sale it will cost 10usd. Same. I’m new here but have already started regretting it. I cannot see anywhere how to download our files without being taken to payment pages.
