So I've decided not to share the animatic, and I came to this decision the night after my last update--I just wanted to wait to share some form of progress instead of giving the update in a text post.

The reason for this is primarily because, as you can see, ~I've begun rendering~. Rendering before I've finished my animatic happens sometimes (though I try to avoid it) and doesn't cause problems when I know certain elements wont change.

This shot was intended to simply be a thumbnail, but I got carried away with building the atmosphere. Some of the parts--mainly the silks--are still messy though and I'd like to clean it up a bit if I get a chance.

Hopefully I'll be able to post more frequent updates as I work to make up for deciding against sharing the animatic, but unfortunately I can't make any promises. Animation is time consuming! But I will do my best to share twice a week!
