Had to break this one into 2 separate files and blend them together in After Effects. It was one of the more tedious shots and I would have loved to smooth over some of the animation and editing if I had more time, but I also feel it's important to showcase crunch-quality animation just as much as recreational stuff. For example, I didn't have time to make a background so I ended up using the background from the style frame, lens blurring it to avoid blatant quality degradation on the scale-up.
Breaking the animation into two documents was less of a product of crunch and more a necessity because of how I work--psd files, especially large ones, lag After Effects like crazy! All the more reason I should start exploring more vector based programs like Harmony or Adobe Animate.

Sorry for the absence as of late! I'm going through something of a burn out, but hopefully I'll get back on track soon. Also, if you guys ever want a breakdown of a specific shot or animation I've done, I'd totally be down to throw something together!
