Tova and her birds + concepts

Tova is the goddess of truth and communication in Garden of the Nexus. Her spirits are seraphim-like birds that carry messages between the Apeiron and Outer Gate. I'd usually include a gods halo in their reference but unfortunately I haven't had a chance to develop Tova's at the moment.

This characters color palette was one of the more difficult ones to properly visualize, but for now I'm quite satisfied with the current design! The starry wings were a last minute decision- They fit the overall aesthetic of the Apeiron, but I'm not yet sure how well they support the actual themes of this character. Time will tell! If they change in the future, you know why!

I've also attached a bunch of color explorations I made while trying to figure out Tova's palette, the last one in the list being the one I more or less stuck with.

Lastly, here is the first color concept I did for Tova back in 2020. We've come a long way!
