Audio book interest

Hey Guys,

I have been asked this by a number of people in the past, and lately, mostly non-Patreon members, but I have been wondering for a bit.

Would anyone even be interested in Life of a Dominant Futanari being put into an Audiobook? I do plan to have a professional proofreader go through the first couple of books, but if I am doing that, I think maybe I should have someone narrate it afterward.

So, if I were going to go down this route, I might start off with a couple of my short stories and see from there. But, saying that, I would love to hear people's opinions on this because I frankly have no fucking idea how to start even working on an audiobook, but I have taken some preliminary numbers, and I am looking at a significant investment if I am going to do so.

So here I am; what are people's opinions on Audio erotica, and are you interested in it?

Have you thought of maybe using a Kickstarter for it? Maybe signed physical books or something to go out as part of the reward for some of the donors? Even if it isn't very successful it should help a little bit atleast.

I don’t tend to listen to audio books unless I am doing a road trip since I can read much much faster than audio. Some people enjoy them though.

This is my personal opinion, but I watch all my porn on mute, I can't stand the noise. But I would still listen to a normal chapter.

The biggest problems with some of the really good Narrators are Cost and ability. Many work with Publishing companies, and that would make it literally impossible for me to even have a conversation with them. In the past, I have reached out to people like them, and I simply am not large enough of an Author at this point to get their attention. So most likely, I am going to spend 2k to 5k to get a lesser-name person who I hope to do a great job because the bigger names people cost more, like 20 to 30k, and I just don't have that money. (I am talking USD) I am thinking that I might get a Narrator that is good at a minimum after some searching which is in my cost range. Then one day, if I am making enough, have them redone by someone better. Unfortunately, that is just the position I am in when it comes to Audiobooking for a smaller writer like myself. I appreciate the names; I will be checking if they are available for me to hire.

I normally don't comment on stuff, especially for spicy books... but I am really big into audiobooks and have over 1000 so far. The big thing with your books will be having the right narrator or narrators, though honestly I think you could get by with a good female narrator without any issues. I would recommend looking on audible for authors of spicy books and listen to the previews to see who might fit the characters in your head. Here are a few authors I would recommend checking out their narrators... Jacqueline Carey - used Anne Flosnik for Kuishel's Legacy Randi Darren - check out the narrator for his Wild Waste series Andrea Parsneau Marcus Sloss - uses a mixed narration cast.

If it's for life of dominant futanari I am 100% agreeing to it. I am sure it will come out nicely
