With those northern territories being very close to the demon lands, I can hope that our demon queen can manipulate her powers to manipulate the diplomacy of gaining extra land that the beast kingdom will claim. I say this about her since she has fallen in love with Chelsea and joined the harem. This would basically make her an official citizen of sorts. If there's ever any paperwork involved. But more of a "secret citizen" until the time to flaunt her status to the world comes.

Literally put her under the care of her elf wife and let her have some fun with the male Femboys/Traps in her harem as a form of personal relief and a unique relationship that can be created. Allow her to earn the right to become a father in the harem. Especially a father to Chelsea's children that she can give birth to along with the other worthy fathers in the harem. Whether they are Futa or Femboys/Traps. And only with Chelsea's permission as a submissive Futa she can do anything with the Dominant Futa and Female harem members. I guess a special role system could be created for her harem starting with the women and Femboys that have been claimed by Chelsea and the Harem. This includes that special couple who could join the harem like I talked about in the past. I also say special roles in the harem since she already has a giant number of mothers of her children who are loyal to her. Her enemies are the main reason why she is away from her children and her Harem is doing its best to care for them in her place. Having special roles based on a harem rank would help organize it. Especially so that she can maximize the full potential of the system she was born with. The full potential to have th mindset of both a mother and a father in different ways.
