And another thing, so you guys don't get too confused. Spandam's dad was not a Vice Admiral. He was the Chief of CP9 back then. Vice Admiral is a respectable and powerful title, so you should not give that scumbag (Spandam's dad) a respectable title.

The first time you saw them was in episode 151, where they talked about finding the replacement for Crocodile's warlord spot. The second time was in Franky's backstory, where Spandam went to them to talk about acquiring the ancient weapon Pluton. The third time was in Robin's backstory, where Professor Clover, talks to them on the snail phone about the founding of the World Government and the Void Century (in which you guys or we still don't know anything about it)
