Cassandra's Majestic Hair Flip

This was a request poll winner from last month, which was EasternFox requesting my idealized vixen Cassandra doing a hair flip in the water, based on a sketch of Ariel doing the same thing. I imagine her companions looking on with a combination of awe and frustrated sighs and eye rolls.
I had a lot of fun with the water effects, particularly the ripples. Clip Studio has a lot of free brushes that help with the process and yield some lovely results, far beyond what I was doing in my older work.
