Cracked Phone- Part 1/2
Added 2024-12-12 23:28:02 +0000 UTCAs someone who recently had to utilize the service I'm writing about, I am disappointed to say that the situations didn't turn out the same... My phone screen was fixed, but no other excitement was to be had. Luckily for everyone reading, Part 2 is coming on Sunday, and it's anything but boring.
“Fuck!”
Barely avoiding toppling the carrier of coffees in my left hand onto the ground, my phone and keys skidded across the icy path as I fumbled for the door.
“Hey man, let me help you.”
Grabbing the coffees, one of my coworkers held the door for me as I picked up my lost belongings. Wiping my keys off on the side of my jacket, I grabbed my phone and flipped it over to see that it was nearly shattered.
“Oh man, that’s a terrible way to start the day.”
He had a sympathetic look on his face, but I was furious that he would jinx me like that because once we got into the elevator, my coffee, and no one else’s cup, fell right to the floor and splashed up my legs.
I quickly made him deliver the coffees I’d picked up for my team, and I headed into my office to hide until I dried off. Luckily for me, I drank my coffee like a toddler, more creamer than actual coffee, and I was wearing khaki pants. As it dried, it was barely noticeable unless I was under the bright lights in the copy room.
Constantly on high alert for another catastrophe, I somehow made it through the day without another issue. Well, other than pulling my phone out of my pocket and remembering all over again that I’d cracked my screen about five times.
Once I got home, I opened my laptop and scheduled a repair. I assumed that I’d have to head to some store across town, but I was surprised that they could just send out an attendant to my house.
Brett will arrive on Saturday between 11:00 and 1:00- please allow space for him to complete the repair/upgrade. Thank you!
I tried to look for the catch, but there didn’t seem to be one. This was a policy they’d enacted in 2020, and they just never stopped. Closing my laptop, I reached for my phone to set a reminder before remembering once again.
It was time for a drink…

Cleaning my breakfast off of the table the next morning, I decided between getting some work done or reading a bit before starting my day. I decided to get some emails answered, but I got derailed once I logged on.
Excited to help you out today! Just a reminder that I will be arriving sometime between 11:00 and 1:00 today, and I’ll send a second message if I am delayed.
This time though, there was a photo of Brett smiling in his Geek Squad polo shirt. I expected him to look like a character from The Big Bang Theory, but instead, he looked like one of Penny’s boyfriends. He was handsome, blond hair and a chiseled jaw, and I imagined him ripping the tight sleeves of that polo as he lifted a heavy box of random computer parts.
I was starting to firm up in my sweatpants, and I checked the time on my phone again.
9:31
I had plenty of time to have some fun before getting ready. Lowering my pants to my ankles, I sat back down on the couch with my laptop beside me, left hand moving solely on memory. Clicking the BlueSky link in my bookmarks bar, I started scrolling through post after post of dicks. I started pumping my own as I scrolled, feverishly working myself up towards a climax.
I’d been so tense since yesterday morning, and I deserved this- needed this. Refreshing the page for more posts, I saw handsome Brett’s face staring back at me, and I thought for a second that I’d accidentally opened my email again. As my brain caught up to my eyes, I realized that it wasn’t his picture- it was the actual Brett standing on my front porch.
“Oh shit!”
Slamming my laptop shut, I yanked my sweatpants back up as I tripped my way over to my front door. This was bad- very bad. He was walking away, back to his truck, and I yelled at him as his hand reached for his door handle.
“Brett?”
Spinning around, he seemed surprised that I knew his name.
“I don’t have the wrong house? I was really hoping that I had the wrong house.”
“Nope- right house, wrong time.”
Looking down at his watch, he nervously laughed a bit.
“This is one of the few times someone’s gotten mad that I wasn’t late.”
He was walking back now, and I realized finally that I wasn’t sure if I wanted him to come inside. Wait, shaking my head to get that image out of my head, I saw that it was too late as he walked past me.
I’d at least cleaned up last night, so I could usher him over to my dining room table as I handed him my phone.
“Normally, I tell clients that they can just keep doing what they’ve been doing as I work, but I don’t think that’s really the best option here.”
He laughed as I blushed harder, and I just headed over to my living room to bury my head in a book.
“That is- unless you want to finish…”
“What?”
He was standing closer than I expected, and I grabbed onto the couch behind me for some support.
“It’s always crazy how warm people’s houses seem when you’ve been driving around in a van without a working heater. Takes some adjustment.”
“Oh- oh really?”
I felt cold myself as he kept talking.
“Yeah, I wish I would have brought my short-sleeve work shirt instead of my sweater today.”
He was still just standing there with my phone forgotten on the table behind him.
“Why don’t you just take off your sweater?”
Smiling now, he took one more step forward, slowly but deliberately, as I stayed pinned against the back of my couch.
“Well, I don’t have another shirt on underneath.”
“I- I’m okay with that.”
“Really? Wouldn’t that be weird if I was the only one shirtless?”
Oh my god, was this god actually flirting with me?
“No, I guess it wouldn’t be that weird.”
Laughing, he stepped back a bit as he put his hands on his bag.
“Nah, I think it might be weird. It might be normal if we were both shirtless, but not just one of us.”
He was flirting with me! Don’t mess this up- don’t mess this up!
“I will if you will.”
There was no shakiness in my voice now, and he seemed a bit surprised at my boldness. Or at least he might have been- he did just see me jerking off through my very open window.
“You first.”
I should have played hard to get or maybe thought this through at all, but I didn’t- I whipped my shirt over my head and let it land somewhere behind me. He watched it fall but then wasted no time in getting half-naked himself. He was tan all over with washboard abs and a meaty set of pecs that I only thought existed in edited Instagram pictures.
“So, let’s get your phone working again.”
He sat down at my dining room table, and I walked away, very glad to have my thermostat in that room. Cranking up the heat when he wasn’t looking up, I felt proud of myself. Sitting down, I slowly began to massage the bulge in my sweatpants, but I waited until he was looking up. I didn’t make any moves to lose any more clothing, but he still watched for about thirty seconds before he kept working.
The heat had turned on now, and I wasn’t just talking about the furnace…
