Progress Update
Added 2017-03-20 14:30:13 +0000 UTCNope, I'm not dead yet! I was a little under the weather over the weekend, hence the slightly longer than usual silence. Thankfully, that doesn't mean that I didn't get various bits done!
As far as renders for this month's update go, I'm in the home stretch, working on the renders for the major sex scene for this update. It's giving me a little trouble, mostly as revolves around how to handle the domiance/submissive checks. I'm a little worried about implementing those the way I want. Not because it won't work in the long run, but rather because there aren't a lot of scenes thus far that manipulate that particular stat. If I had the time, I'd love to sneak in another scene or two to this update that helped with that, but I just can't see managing it this time. In order to compenstate, I'll likely either rework the value of current scenes to make it more viable, or else add a "blank" encounter or two that are temporarily text-only and able to push the stat in either direction.
I also seem to have a new $10 Patron! Greetings and thank you! This means that the new rewards I had planned for that tier need to be pushed back up as a priority. Thankfully, I had completed a fair bit of the first new reward before temporarily shelving it. I'm not 100% certain it will be finished for this month, but if not it at least won't be very much past that. It, technically, isn't part of the existant reward tiers. However, I really want to get a ongoing reward better than just the polls up and running for that tier, so I'll do by best to knock out the first one before the end of the month.
Jaylee and I have finally settled on what to do about a short story poll. There will be one going up for all Patrons $5 tier and up, to see if it generates interest. It will run through the end of the month. This means that she won't begin the writing for the next short until the first, and therefore delivery of it might be a little later in the month, but hopefully it will give us a bit more community engagement.
