Progress Update
Added 2017-04-28 04:13:49 +0000 UTCWell, kinda depressing that a bunch of my Patrons apparently jumped ship when I announced that I was going to keep doing monthly updates. Apparently, that isn't what people wanted. Though if such was true, I really wish they'd have said so.
Anyway, ignoring that bit, this progress update is good news! I've finished all the renders needed for the 7 scenes going into this update! Originally I had planned for eight, but with two of them running longer then expected and a number of nasty delays, I had to restrict myself to 7. There are three new scenes each for Exhibitionism and Pet Play, and a 'developer's choice' scene involving Michael Maes. There are also three new locations involved in the various scenes.
I've given myself up to three days to complete the coding and there isn't anything overly difficult (I think), so I'm not expecting to have trouble getting the new version out by late on the 30th. Depending on how things go, it might even be ready on the 29th. A very kind soul going by the name Regardie over at Fenoxo's forums has gone through the game and fixed typos as well and I will merge those changes with the game version if I have time (I expect I will have the time).
As part of the delays this month was the issue of the polls, I'm going to start them running tomorrow, rather than waiting, and I'm only going to run two. The first will run 28th-1st and the second the 1st-4th. There may also be a poll about the short story in there, Jaylee is working out if it's a good idea to do a poll this time or not. It wasn't really the root of the issue last time, but it may limit her ability to move the story along if she doesn't handle it carefully. She's promised to get back to me within the next few days.
