Added 2018-03-15 03:30:54 +0000 UTCWhoohoo! This is the very first piece of art that is actually going to be used in The Sexy Cosplay Cafe game. Sure, there's still a lot of room for improvement, of course, but I've finally hit a point that I consider good enough to use (and better than some other, fairly well-funded, games use. At least I think so, but I'm biased, obviously). This is the minimum level of art quality you can expect to see in the new game, I hope it satisfies!
I'm actually quite pleased, as well, given that I went from barely-better than-children's-sketches to this in right around two months! I doubt I'll ever be a truly fantastic artist, but I'm quite happy to have managed to get this far, this fast.
Other Stuff:
Eros Academy 2.0 Update: I'll be starting on the programming tonight, and have set aside roughly 3 hours to work on it. How far I get in that time will be the first indicator of how long it's going to take me, though it will likely still be a couple more days before I can give a real estimate. I CAN say, however, that the two days off did me a world of good and I'm not actively dreading working on it now (at least, no more than always. I don't enjoy the irritating grunt work involved in programming for Ren'py).
Short Story Reward: Huh. While the poll isn't over yet, I think most of the people who can vote already have. I was a bit surprised to see the Elven Maid option win. Surprised, but a bit pleased. We don't have a solid plan for it, yet, but I have quite a few detailed notes from the game idea that I'll be talking over with Jaylee in the next week. Then, assuming that the results don't tip before the 20th when the poll officially closes, we'll get to work on it.
