I actually managed to finish this one in the 3 days that is my rough goal-per-piece at the moment. Well, sort of. Technically I've been working on it for 4 days, but one of those days was an errand running day that I didn't get much done on anything, so I'm not counting it ^_^.
Anyway, I'm not always going to show every image I make. I want there to be some new images in the release after all! Much how I usually only share a single image out of a scene set for Eros Academy teasers/updates. In the specific cases of the Peeping on Alice set, though, I figured I'd show all three of the initially planned set, just as a sort of show-and-tell of what can be expected in the game. Obviously, with hand-drawn-art and a more visual-novel style of story telling, there won't be nearly as many art pieces per a single event, but with this set I'm intending to show that there WILL still be multiple-images in most cases.
Dev Corner:
In addition to the art, I'm slowly playing with a couple of options for the actual software side of the game. While Ren'py remains an option, I honestly hate working with it. As such, I've worked up a list of my technical needs, things I need the underlying engine to be capable of doing(such as an actual day progression, which is something I never implemented in Eros Academy. Though Ren'py is capable of it, it's very over complicated and awkward) and I'm testing a couple of other options.
Right now, I'm testing an actual paid (though cheap) option called Tyrano Builder. I actually picked it up a couple of years ago, during a Steam sale, and I've never really played with it. I've looked over the features fairly in-depth, and it looks like it MAY be able to do what I'm looking for a lot simpler than Ren'py...we'll see.
