Old Reward Archive Updated
Added 2020-04-04 03:26:17 +0000 UTC$5+ patrons, you have your own post, with the first part of a new Dungeon of Lewdity short story series, focusing on the story of how the dungeon first game to be.
For everyone else, this means there's always been and update to The Old Reward Archive post! The update this time is actually part 2 of the Mass Effect: The Final Error. Which...means that I'm also going to be posting it publicly on ArchiveofOurOwn, soon.
The reason I'm doing this, whereas I've never done it with any other piece...is because it isn't wholly original fiction. I own the copyright to every other work in the archive (jointly with Jaylee Coglin in a few cases) and can thus leave them as patron-exclusive rewards forever. Fanfiction, however, I can't do that with for legal reasons. Much like I could never make DoL a patron-only game, due to not owning all the content within. (Not that I would, I've never done things that way from the beginning, not even with Eros Academy and Cosplay Cafe which I had/have all the legal licenses needed to do so with. My games are free and will always be free, though I deeply appreciate everyone's support!).
While I suppose no one would ever really know or care that I have a piece of fanfiction squirreled away behind a paywall, I actually do try to follow the legalities of such things as best I'm able. So....yeah. With that specific story, it'll be updated to somewhere public once it leaves the $5+ exclusives. I hope that doesn't bother anyone...
