August Story Reward (Transformation Estate Part 7)
Added 2020-08-14 12:26:59 +0000 UTCOkay! As I mentioned in a previous post, I had something of a very rare case of writer's block while working on this. Otherwise it would have been out days ago. Even as it is, it's technically been done for a couple of days, but still needed an editing pass. And, since my PC has been busing rendering scenes for Haven's Port, that had been squeezed in when I could manage it.
Anyway, as an aid to getting around the writer's block issue, I did something a bit different with this part of Transformation Estate. Previously, the story had been told entirely from Alex's perspective. And, at first, I was kinda reluctant to change that. I mean, adding other perspectives 40,000 words into a work is usually bad form. On the other hand, while waffling about it, I realized that Transformation estate is more a set of interconnected short than it is a novel, and so...I ultimately felt it was acceptable. As a result, this part is actually written from Tess's point of view. Which worked a lot better for what I wanted to do.
I will also warn everyone that it contains futa content. So if that's something that' completely not your thing, you might not be overly satisfied with the result. To be fair, however...it's a transformation story. So you probably should have expected it to pop up sooner or later ;-p. I'm actually not a huge fan of it myself, though (though it doesn't bother be, either), so expect it to be a pretty tame example of that sort of thing.
