Haven's Port - Progress Report
Added 2020-08-17 21:53:19 +0000 UTCIck. I had actually intended to post this last night, but apparently got distracted. Sorry! Anyway, news is mostly good. I've only got about 6 renders left to do, plus a couple of partial renders (for a new clothing option). That will give the update a solid 10 sex scenes, plus some additional bits. I've also written/programmed 3 of the scenes already, and expect to do at least 4 more tonight.
The bad news, of course...is that I still have 6 renders to do. And I can typically only do 4 renders a day -_-. That's purely a hardware thing, as each render takes 2-6 hours, averaging 4. So, that's 16 hours of render time each day...which is also why I don't have all the scenes written/programmed, as my TWINE crashes if I try to program in it while it's rendering. I was trying to do that for one scene...and ending up having to rewrite the scene twice (a total of three times T-T) -_-. Obviously, I'm not eager to torture myself like that...
Anyway, this means that my original target of releasing either the 17th or 18th has been pushed back a day to the 18th or 19th. This actually wouldn't have been the case...but I had a bit of a SNAFU a couple of days ago, where somehow my render settings got set to regular HD instead of 2K renders. By the time I caught it (still don't know how it happened) I'd already wasted an entire day of renders. Had to redo them all -_-. Which explains why I'm a day behind the original planning on render counts. Grr....
