February Poll Results!

Alright! Poll results time. Then, probably a progress report tomorrow or Monday.

Haven's Port Focus Poll

This one was cut and dry. The result didn't particularly surprise me either, given how popular the content for the Center of Advanced Pleasure and the Theater proved to be. The overwhelming winner, taking a full 65% of the vote, was "General Content for Rose Garden." Frankly, it's been pretty obvious for a few days that it was going to win, so I've already begun working on a few such scenes. For those that wanted to see other stuff, don't despair too much. I'm likely to sneak in another date for Akari at the very least. And possibly some content for another Patron Spirit. We'll see how it goes. First and foremost, I'll be locking in around 10-12 general scenes, though. Since that was, after all, the winner. After that, I'll stop to evaluate how much time I have and what I can fit into the remainder of the month at that point. 

Short Story Poll

This poll both did and didn't surprise me. The results, after weighting, are:

I wasn't too surprised by the winner. I am a bit gratified to see that people seem to have enjoyed the unexpected little crossover I pulled there by bringing Lyriel into the series. Alyia and the Magic Shop is clearly the winner and will be updated as a result!

What did surprise me was how well the Eros Academy idea did. Only two points off second place! I honestly wasn't sure how many people had ever even played that game, or read the stories, so I was a bit startled it did that well. It's not something I'm going to forget, either. While I already have this month's second story essentially completed, I'm making a mental note to perhaps see about giving the Eros Academy at least a trial as a second story sometime in the not-to-distant future. The fact it did so well after a loooonnngg absence of any content related to it makes me want to give it a go at some point, at least. 

Mixed Media Poll

This one...confused me? After last month's surprise winner, I admit I was a bit surprised Cyberworld got no support at all. I suppose maybe it didn't go over well? Alternatively, there's really only ever like 5 people voting in that poll, even if twice that number usually qualify to. So, maybe it's just different people with different interests?

Whatever the case, Silas Station won again. Which means I'll be starting work on the first entry of the Third Arc for that series sometime later today. I've got a solid idea what I'm doing with it, so I should be able to start rendering immediately while sorting out the details in full.
