Slicing Maelstrom - As an action, you can toss a number of Razor Shell Shurikens into the air equal to your Proficiency modifier, causing them to orbit around you for 1 minute. When a creature moves within 20 ft. of you, you may use your Reaction to make an Attack against that creature, by sending one of the orbiting Shurikens at them.
