While wearing this item, you may use a Bonus Action to cause your legs to fuse and shift, transforming into a Mermaid’s tail. While in this form, your Speed on land is reduced to 5ft. and you gain a Swim Speed of 60ft. While in this form you also gain the ability to breathe underwater and use the following features:
Tail Slap - As a Bonus Action you may make an Unarmed Strike attack, using Strength or Dexterity, with your tail dealing 1d6 Bludgeoning damage. If you swim at least 20ft. In a straight line before making the attack, the damage is increased to 1d12 Bludgeoning damage.
Aquabatics - While in the water, you are able to use your Bonus Action to take the Dash, Disengage, or Dodge actions.
