Sure, he could justify the situation by saying her mom was being unreasonable or holding a double standard, but at the end of the day, there was truth in her words, and he knew it.
Thatโs what bothers him.
LOL, and Iโm really enjoying drawing the goblins from the side plot of this arc, like when drawing the merfolks, I don't have many chances to draw them. XD
