--“I want to be completely transparent with you Sarah. This treatment will cause agonising pain. Which you’ve never felt before. But you must understand that enduring it will lead to success.”

“Yes doctor. I understand. I want to finish this. No matter what the process is. It must end today.” She took the pen and scribbled her signature over the blank space.

“Excellent. Here are a few more forms. Just procedure. Sign these too.”

Just as Sarah finished signing the documents, the clinic door slammed open with force. A hooded figure stood in the doorframe, his identity hidden by his coat. Randy jumped to his feet and greeted the mysterious man. “Ah finally. You made it. I hope you didn’t have to much of a problem finding the place. Given um. Your circumstances...”

The man towered over the doctor who was a tall man himself his expression unchanged by the doctor's humour. He took one last look out the door before removing his hood and grunted at Randy. His eyes continued to scan the room as Sarah scanned his profile. He had a large scar running from under his eye down his cheek. As he unzipped his coat Sarah noticed his shirt which was tight against his muscles, especially his biceps. His military styled buzz cut and old worn-out clothes gave him a dangerous demeanour. --
