The Twist is a choice based dating sim/visual novel game.
You play as 18 years old guy who finds out that he is adopted and tries to find out who are his real parents. On his journey seeking the truth, he will meet 11 beautiful ladies, visit many different locations, gets into various funny, lewd and sometimes even kinky situations.
All of this awaits you in beautiful real-time 3D graphics, there you can look around freely and check the characters from any angle you like.

It really isn’t a good game. The graphics are mediocre, and the writing is terrible. I’m a little surprised Faerin would recommend it. The 3d aspect is really promising, and some of the scenes are sexy, but overall it’s just not worth it.
