I must disagree with Buttery Biscuit that BDSM is an automatic triplet with roleplay/cosplay and toys. They all stand on their own merits, and by my preference with BDSM outside the door with foot fetishism, as neither do much for me. That said, it is your game and you need to be comfortable with what you are producing. All I will say is that however you go about it, fetishes are the sparkle and spice in the relationships. Use them too much and they lose their potency.

I feel toys, BDSM, Costume/Roleplay all work together in tandem to achieve a great mission. I can't see either one without the other two or two without the other one. This also would lead me to recommend having a gift shop staffed by another girl that sells rather suggestive MwM items to certain guests to unlock "exclusive VIP scenes" and the like.

I included costume/roleplay to cover some of the mysterious goings on at MwM - where MC (or one of the women) could think that they are with another person but, once in the midst of something hot, the shadows reveal that it is someone else at the hotel. For example, MC thinks that he is with a velvet handcuffed and restrained Riley but at the end of the encounter, it's revealed that this is his M or S. I'm also including Harem under pregnancy/lactation. Looking forward to the end of month release!
