That is fair enough, I'd imagine it could take a lot of undertaking to add guests. Perhaps 'generic' guests could be a thing? So it feels like the hotel is a little more 'lived in' if that makes sense. That being said, I understand if 10 is the limit.

And I do decide what content will be in the game (of course), I just ask the Patrons in which order they would like to see it developed. But in the end, all the content I have written/planned will be implemented.
