April Illustration poll! + somewhat exciting update

Alright, so on the next few days I'll start working on the venom solo from the last month, I've just been rather busy working on commissions left and right. 

So this month due to time constraints I will be doing a solo illustration (possibly with extra variations!) , I'll be posting some commissions artworks later through the weeks, and the venom pic, and whichever wins this poll :), should be plenty of artwork to make it up for it.

Now about the update, as some of you know I have a game design background, worked a bit on EA, and other smaller studios back when I lived in Canada. Haven't really worked in anything big ever since other than some sparse projects here and there. And while I'm -not- a programmer I've been self teaching me to the point that I've become quite proficient at it. 

So you may know where this is going, early this week I started working on a game, if anyone ever played HunieCam Studio, I'm not only making a gay themed version of the game, but also because of the Steam lift on adult games, I'll be pretty much making a porn version of it as well. 

I hate announcing projects way too early as they tend to die on development, but I've been making quite some good progress even tho I've been working just a week and for a couple hours a day. I got the controller working, and a time system in place. Once I reverse engineer/design the way models will use resources and stuff I'll have a proof of concept. Hopefully it will be sometime in May. 

A lot of indie devs tend to call their games "beta" since they make the first release, this is actually sort of incorrect as a beta version is a feature complete release that has bugs/polishing to be done. A proof of concept on the other hand is a very rough playable prototype, where well we can see if the game is actually fun. Because right now I'm focusing only on programing, I'll possibly use some very ugly placeholders just so you guys can test the game. 

What does this means for the patreon? 

Well once I have a proof of concept I'll change how things will work on my patreon, I'll stop doing monthly pinups/illustrations and focus on the game development, now fear not! this game is of an extremely low scope meaning that if the proof of concept is a success the programming workload will drastically shift into art so technically instead of doing polls to see who I'll draw, I'll just be posting the sexy pinups I do for the game. as I work on them. 

I think this will keep things somewhat similar but also, you guys will know what you will put your money into moving forward. If you don't like the game, then you can lower your pledge (I'll probably keep the $1 tier for artwork of the game and the $2 or maybe $3 tier for game prototype and updates) 

Huniecam studio is a very fun game, I've spend countless hours playing it, and I know I'm not making "just a gay huniecam" game, as I am building the game from the ground up to have my own spin on things. I look forward sharing that prototype next month or so! I'm actually impressed at how quickly I'm getting the development going, but hey! not a bad thing.

I've never played HuniePop or HunieCam, but I'm familiar with them! I think HunieCam was definitely the better one, and I'm excited that you're going to be making your own game! Will you be utilizing voice acting like HunieCam did?
