Freya (and her cats)

When I was looking up info about Freya, I ran across an artwork depicting her riding a chariot being pulled by 2 cats. At first I thought it must be a joke! But NO, in mythology she really does have 2 cats that pull her chariot. They were gifted to her by Thor. AMAZING! So of course I have to draw her with her kitties. Usually they are described as blue/gray but I just went with white..
Honestly, I have been feeling a bit down in the dumps so I haven't gotten as much art done as I would like, and this one took me longer then I expected and wanted. There are parts of this piece that I like and parts that I don't but I'm ready to move on. I actually played around with some slightly different painting techniques so I suppose there was a bit of learning involved with this one.
