🎞️How I draw "tasteful" SPICY artwork//TUTORIAL

Hello!  In this tutorial I go over the principals and processes that I think about when I tackle drawing NSFW artwork, specifically "tasteful" soft NSFW artwork!  Hopefully Youtube will be okay with this video and it will stay up!

Obvious warning: this video will contain depictions of nudity, but I think for the most part it is just drawn or painted nudity, not actual photos.  I tried to keep most of the photo references covered or mostly covered.

This tutorial also mainly applies to females BUT I think you can still take many of the principals and thoughts to apply to other genders as well!

In clip studio paint under the rulers, there is a symmetrical ruler tool! It is awesome! Here is a link to a quick video on how to do it: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/95IIZ8Y_CT8

What is the tool/function that allows you to draw mirrored images/lines? Like drawing the eyes and the white framing at the same time on either side of a line?

Lauren

It is the liquify tool. First, make sure your CSP is up to date with the latest version to make sure you have the liquify. Then the liquify is located under the 'blend' tool. Once you select liquify, you can choose if you want to push, bulge, pinch, slide, or twist

Haha, such a clever way to distract but dang that would be so cold to do in Scottland! lol And you're welcome!

I'm not done watching the tutorial but I thought I'd share a little fun fact I know: thousands of years ago there was a group of people in Scotland called the Picts. They fought completely naked! I have no idea why, maybe to distract their opponents. Anyway, hope that helps those artworks make more sense to you! (Thank you so much for the tutorial!)

Ahh Shei! Thank you so much for saying so! I consider myself within the demisexual range as well so I know what you mean. I'm really glad you like the tutorial and vibe!

ChrissaBug

Thank you! As a demisexual, I don't enjoy much NSFW art, but yours is BEAUTIFUL because it's just the aesthetic of the human body instead of being sexually charged. I love that about it, and I totally dig the vibe! If I do some myself, I will definitely go this same route in the future.
