✨Damona, Goddess of Healing Waters💧//{Soft NSFW Warning} Rewards Here
Added 2022-05-26 19:46:09 +0000 UTCDamona, meaning "Divine Cow", was a Celtic fertility goddess often worshiped at healing springs. She was often associated with the cow (hence her cute little cow horns), as well as other animals like sheep. In one source I found, worshippers would sometimes sleep at her temple in the hopes that Damona would visit them and heal their illnesses.
To be honest, I had a bit of a hard time finding in depth information about this goddess, so my interpretation of her is very much just based off of my imagination running with the little information I could find, but I hope I was able to capture her essence!
As a side note, I had a dang fun time painting her belly. I dunno why, but painting stomachs is just so fun to me and I'm really proud of how hers turned out in the NSFW version. lol
