This was definitely a comfort piece. I started this piece as a doodle late last month and just kind of worked on it here and there. It is part of what made me decide to host and do the Treetober challenge! I'm pretty sure the idea for treetober first hit me when I was sketching this piece.

Anyway, you guys know I have been loving drawing these tree girls and I don't know when I'll be tired of them. haha!

I love dark fairytales that take place in mysterious and dangerous forests. I imagine the unseelie fae who lurk there and aren't necessarily kind to humans who lose their way. It's those sort of stories and imagery that really inspire me to draw these dryads and plant fae.

Stream News This weekend we are going to have TWO Streams! Saturday, we'll have a normal stream and then SUNDAY we'll have a bonus stream, where I'm going to try out painting on the new laptop on stream to see how it performs!
And at the end if everything is working well with streaming with the laptop, I may try and bring you guys out into my pole room and we can finish off stream with a mini-pole sesh. (can't promise any crazy tricks since I'm kinda out of shape! But it will be a good test-run to see if we try doing some dance or stretching in more streams in the future)
