I feel like the figure and pose for this on e came together pretty quickly. Once I had an idea that she would be holding a sword, I knew exactly the type of pose I wanted with the sword and the scales. What really took most of the time was just painting all the little details and there was a lot of metal painting in this piece! I really want to make a tutorial on metallic textures one of these days. Once you have an idea of how to paint metal it is actually super fun!
