✨🌙Take a moment to stretch and find a comfortable position. Focus on your breath. Breath deeply, slowly and rhythmically. With each inhalation, visualize drawing in calming energy and peace. With each exhalation imagine blowing out any stress or tension from your body.

Visualize a glowing moon above your head. From the moon, a liquid light begins to pour down, falling on the crown of your head. Moving like calming warm honey or wax, it relaxes everything it touches. Covering your head, face and neck, completely easing any tension in these areas. The liquid light continues pouring down and covering the rest of your body bit by bit, relaxing and releasing any discomfort or tension...
