🎨Draw With Me+Traditional Process Video🖌️Colored Pencils🌟

I'm so excited to share with you this traditional piece!  Bringing you a little bit of a different format then usual today!  Here is a longer format TRADITIONAL Draw With Me Process Video for you, if you are interested in pulling out your pencil and paper to work along with me. 📹

Art Post

Most of this process is sped up to double speed, so if you want to watch me draw closer to my normal speed, you can use the youtube speed toggle under the youtube settings gear icon to slow the video down to half speed.  If you want to watch a faster process, you can use the toggle to speed up the process.

Filming the traditional process is also new for me, so excuse any hiccups in sound and camera angle. I did my best to capture the scratchy pencil sound and reduce the noise, but there are sections of the video that have some background noise that I wasn't able to process out of the audio. (someday I'll create a better studio space for quiet recording, but for now I have to work with what I have!)  So I recommend supplementing the video with your own relaxing music to customize the experience for you. 🎶✨

I have some more commentary and things to say about the process of this piece in the official art post

Enjoy!!

Thank you! Yeah, the process was fun! I don't tend to run into too many smudging problems with colored pencils luckily. With something like graphite or charcoal though, that is a problem. The way some people combat that problem is they put another piece of paper down or a paper towel down under their hand when they are coloring on the left side.

Thanks for sharing! It looks great! I hope you enjoyed the process. I do have a silly question for you tho... when you are filling in something on the left side, does your hand smudge the right? How do you avoid it? Or maybe that's just me... :-}
