Omigoodness, this one didn't give me too much trouble BUT you'll be able to see in this video that I spent a fair bit of time in the sketch phase trying to figure out what to do with her front arm. 😅🎨

I also switched up the color scheme a bit part way through. This piece actually started out with her having a PINK dress. 🌸💚 I think I had seen somewhere that the colors for Taurus were green and pink. But it wasn't really giving the vibe I was hoping for and it felt a bit odd to have 2 zodiacs in a row with pinkish dresses on. (since aries had a pinkish red dress). I'm really happy with how it looks switched to orange. 🧡

I feel like the name of the game with this one is iteration and fine tuning. Her hair also started out darker, but I realized that I hadn't made any blond zodiacs (I don't think shocking white hair counts.) AND the horned hairstyle (especially with darker hair) that she has is very iconic for the popular fantasy character Jude Duarte from the Folk of Air book series. Now, I love Jude, but I wanted this Taurus sign to be her own character. So all of this had me deciding to make her blond. It seems that I've drawn quite a few blonds this month. Maybe the warm weather is influencing me and making me color lighter hair or something, I dunno! ☀️🌼
