In this speedpaint podcast I talk about about some thoughts I've been having around CHANGE both in regards to making external changes in your life, like your environment, routines, etc, and also making conscious changes in how we THINK. Changing thought patterns in order to open up possibilities to a more happy and abundant life! Since Oya is the goddess of Storms and transformation, this felt like the perfect topic for her timelapse!
As usual, this is a very casual podcast of me talking about these topics that have been swirling in my head and how they relate to my life, but I hope there might be some nuggets that may be helpful or inspiration for you as well where they fit. Or at the very least I keep you company for 9 minutes!
