(excuse the sound of occasional cat meows and shuffling in the background. He is temporarily locked in my office with me. lol)
In this speedpaint podcast I talk about about the feelings that inspired this piece. It was a casual little thought dump that got a little heavy, I suppose, since I do talk about grief, but that's okay. It's a topic that a lot of society tries to avoid, but once you go through really heavy grief, you realize how detrimental it is that we don't talk about it. Sometimes knowing that fellow humans share the feeling, can be a bit comforting.
