Hi hi lovelies!!

Here is the piece that I worked on in the latest How I use Photo Reference in Illustrations Tutorial✨

I love fairies but for some reason, it's been a while since I've drawn one!

Years ago, after university I had given up on character art. After a trip, I was suddenly inspired to try again and allow myself to draw what I was interested in and draw it in a style that I wanted. So every day after work and on the weekends I would come home and draw on my intuos tablet to get comfortable with digital art and drawing.

During those sessions, I often would put on Disney Fairies in the background because I found them so upbeat, positive, inspiring, and also easy to only half watching/listen to while I drew. So, even beyond a childhood love of fairies, I feel like fairies are a strangely large part of my art journey!

Anyhoo, I hope you like her! I have another tarot card design coming. I started working on it during last week's twitch stream, but haven't had a chance to make much progress on it since, so that might be what we work on tomorrow! Join us on Saturday @7pm CET Live on twitch.tv/chrissabug.
