talking about gratitude and how a little simple gratitude practice has benefited my mental health this year.
TBH, I used to view this kind of thing as a bit delusional or even toxic positivity. I guess you could fall into that territory if you push it too far, BUT after a year of doing this simple gratitude practice, I have really felt the benefits to my overall mood, motivation, and mental health, especially when times are hard. I now even think that sometimes NOTICING and being thankful for the abundance that exists in your life already helps invite even more and I'll talk a little bit about that. So I thought I would casually share this with you since gratitude is the theme for this artwork and I have been feeling so much of it with you!
