This one here is for chapter 207, right after the Illustration where Maya’s playing with Ari’s hair.
Here, Sophia’s trying to prepare Anna’s hair for the straightening iron she invented. Anna also just came back from a shower and couldn’t be bothered to fully get her clothes in order again. Thanks to that, we get a glimpse of what Ari can look forward to once she stops being a dense idiot.

I hope that I’m not the only one who loves Sophia’s new design. It might need a little time to get used to after so long, but I think she looks much better.
Her hair hasn’t entirely changed here yet, but it’s already halfway done becoming a lighter blonde, and it got fluffier, as well. I especially love the braid, and I plan to change the way she(or Maya) braids parts of her hair every now and then in the illustrations.
I think this illustration is also the last time we’re going to see her green shirt and the shorts, if I remember right~.

Anna’s hair also got a bit lighter, mainly the part that is flowing to the side and out of the frame, but it’s much more subtle compared to our blonde girl who’s incapable of doing anything ‘only a little bit’.

They are supposed to be green with a touch of cyan/turquoise. The first version I got for this illustration had her eyes in a full jade color. I had that changed a little, but maybe it could've used a tiny touch more blue still. It gets quite close, though.

I don't think anyone other than my current main artist (the one who did the previous one with Maya and Sophia napping with Ellie) could do it the way I'd like it to look, and I already booked all my slots up until July/August with her... I love this artist here as well because they make the characters look really adorable, but they already told me that they're not quite ready for doing complicated illustrations yet.
