Chapter 157, where Steph demands belly rubs (right before they start their marathon), will come with an illustration on RoyalRoay and Scribble.
My evil artist gave me too many options to choose from, though xD

It's just about the sofa and the stool thingy where Chloe has her feet on!
Every version will probably have the plant, floor/rug, and pillow from the light grey/beige and/or dark yellow/orange.
Chloe and Steph will also come in all three colors for their tops, so don't base it on that, either.

So, which sofa color does everyone like the most?
I have an (undisclosed) favorite I'd go with unless the general consensus here prefers something else.

Alright, poll is over! There really wasn't a clear winner here.... My favorite was the light grey/beige, though it was slightly too light and lacked contrast in my eyes. As the dark grey was popular-ish, I asked the artist to make something in between~

2025-01-08 11:21:36 +0000 UTCAh, I've been dealing with furniture IRL the last couple days so my brain was automatically in the "so when you bring guests over and they sit on that same sofa" kind of mindset. Looking over them again with the shift in mindset, my favorite is still the beige with lighting, but the light blue is a /very/ close second. (Beige with no lighting being a good ways lower on the list)

2025-01-08 11:14:22 +0000 UTCIt won't be reused. If we do another sofa illustration, it will be completely its own thing. While we have a canon color (probably, I definitely forgot what it is), I want the BG of illustrations to look the best for the occasion.

The dark grey is nice and would work with pretty much any of the girls colors if the location is reused later (and would be the one I would get myself) but the beige with mood lighting has an almost pink hue that I feel pairs well with both of their color schemes... And being an off-white means if they turn on colored lighting the sofa would partially take on the colors of the lighting without clashing, allowing it to easily fit with the other girls color schemes too... But without lighting, I don't like it as much as the dark grey... Regardless, they all look good. My compliments to the artist, regardless of how evil they might be.
