This piece was created in Clip Studio Paint, so any tools and brushes I reference are clip studio paint specific, although for most things there are ways to do the same thing in other applications.
Just a heads up that I painted this piece as a mild NSFW piece first and then painted the top of her dress later. I have mostly censored out the nip nops for this tutorial, but if you are wondering what’s going on with that… that is why!
