I’ve got a whole tote bin full of artwork from kindergarten all the way through college to look through, but I think my favorite era might be middle school. Not because I loved middle school (definitely didn’t 😅), but because the art just feels so real and full of energy, even with all its cringe.
We did a casual little tour through two of my middle school sketchbooks on stream today, and it was such a fun trip down memory lane. This is that part of the stream, edited for you to watch if you want to meet a younger Chrissa! 💕
I’m also thinking about choosing one of these old drawings for our Draw the Character Again challenge that’s happening until the end of the month.
