Early Updates on what we're working on

This month we're starting "full steam ahead" with posts, as I'm trying to be a bit more active here.

So, what are we working on?

We're currently working on the last prompts from the poll, "The Four Horseman". We've done "Steampunk Samurai", "Mermaid", "Magical Librarian" is printing". Let's take a look!

---- Death , the Fourth Horseman ----

We finally have the full lineup complete as we are sending into production "Death".

I've heard your feedback, so we've replaced the cape accessories and changed the sword to a sickle instead.

---- Conquest, The First Horseman -----

Conquest is almost ready! I will make a fully detailed post next to release about Conquest, but in the meantime let's take a look at what the final model is going to look like!

We're aiming to release Conquest mid-October, so stay tuned! 💪

----- The Four Horseman : The Full Project ------

So, the idea behind the whole project was to embody each concept for each Horseman into a mask. None of them will be realistic / historically accurate, but rather symbolic in their meaning.

Each mask is inspired by a specific culture / design :

• Conquest is the original alternative to what was later known as Plague. It represents conquering and submitting through force and violence. I've chosen the Roman Empire for the armor style and chains as the main symbol. By original depiction it wields a bow and a crown.
• War represents civil war. It's bloody, ruthless and will stop at nothing in its path of destruction. I've chosen the Japanese bloody civil war as a main inspiration for this mask.
• Famine represents the retaliation of nature for humanity's crimes. I've chosen a tribal mask design for this one.
• Death closes the cycle and it's mask is inspired by the dia de los muertos style. I've not chosen however a specific style for the armor of this one.

Hopefully we'll be releasing one Horseman a month (but we'll skip the Librarian month).

----- The next characters ------

So, for the next models, we have le last entry from the poll, which is "the other aspects of fate, starting from Death (the Grim Reaper we already have)".

Now, I have to admit that, between the Librarian and the Four Horseman, I'm starting to feel a bit drained and exhausted. Each of these is a massive project, with variants, tons of details and everything.

All of this takes a lot of time and effort and unfortunately I don't sculpt that much anymore because of it. It's mostly fixing, fitting, refitting, resizing, etc.

I do have quite a cool idea for these Aspects of Fate, but I've decided to put it on standby for now.

For a while I'd like to go back to a bit simpler models, with more sculpting and expression and a bit less printing and technical showcasing.
